Where we are
Villa Padovani is in Piovezzano, a hamlet in the Verona municipality of Pastrengo; it lies on the moraine hills surrounding Lake Garda. A place that’s surrounded by green nature, close to the most typical lakeside towns and just 20 km from the magnificent city of Verona.
The area boasts several of Italy’s best-loved theme parks, including Gardaland and the Natura Viva Park, where you can relax in the company of animals. From here you can also reach the Lessinia mountains, packed with delightful routes for your excursions.
We’re a few minutes’ drive from Lazise and Bardolino, two of the best-loved towns in the area. Don’t miss a stroll along the lakefront, and a visit to one of the numerous bars with fabulous views.
After that you’ll be ready to explore the town, with traditional little shops and all the vitality of a tourism-oriented destination.
We particularly recommend the Romanesque church of San Severo in Bardolino, where you’ll find a series of 12-13th century frescoes depicting the Apocalypse. In Lazise you can marvel at the exterior of the Scaliger castle, still perfectly preserved.
